Discover South Lodge’s spa; Specially designed to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding landscape, the sustainable spa building offers 44,000 square feet of pure bliss and endless views to help you switch off your busy mind and reconnect with your senses.

Open from 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM.

Complimentary spa access available to use until 12PM on checkout day.

You can also experience indulgent treatments including massages, body treatments, facials and nail care - prices as per treatment menu.

POOL & FITNESS

Unwind by taking a dip in one of the indoor or outdoor pools, or de-stress while you exercise in the gym equipped with cardio apparatus and weights, along with a dedicated spin studio and holistic studio. 

Medik8 guests can enjoy full complimentary access from 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM daily.
